About Us
Hi there, I'm Ana Bates. After high school, I wholeheartedly pursued my passion for animal behavior and became an obedience dog trainer with Animal Behavior College. Additionally, I sought new challenges at Cal Poly Pomona, but my longing for a greater purpose led me to join the military, where I served in the Air Force for nearly a decade until medical discharge due to PTSD and related issues. Despite completing my BA in Psychology, I realized that training dogs is my true calling. This realization prompted me to open Anubis Alpha Dog Training, where I am dedicated to helping both dogs and their owners.
Our Mission and Expertise
Anubis Alpha Dog Training - Northern California, is dedicated to providing personal dog training services, including obedience training, positive reinforcement, socialization, leash and collar training, luring and clicker training. Our programs are designed to set your dog on the path to success. We specialize in scheduling classes for your convenience, ensuring your furry friend receives the best training in Northern California.

Levels of training-
Pre-Basic: This program is designed to help your pup learn the basics such as potty training, crate training, and recognizing their name. Our experienced trainers will work with your pup ensure they have a solid foundation for future training.
Basic/Basic+: Basic commands are the foundation of household etiquette and pave the way for more complex instructions. These commands include, but are not limited to, 'Sit', 'Front-sit', 'Down', 'Leave-it', 'Watch-me', 'Stand', and 'Stay'.
Advance/Advance+/Advance++: Build up from the fundamental commands like 'Nose-touch', 'About-sit', 'Drop-It', 'Place', 'Pull', 'Under', and 'Over', among others.
Expert/Expert+/Expert++: Train your dog to be well-mannered, mastering commands like 'Speak', 'Drop', 'Look Away', 'Paws Up', 'Roll Over', object retrieval, and off-leash walking.
Tricks: Tricks are sure to impress your guests or simply provide entertainment for you and your best friend. Among them are 'Spin', 'High Five', 'Take a Bow', and 'Play Dead'.

Group Classes- We provide group classes for a minimum of two clients. Our sessions are conducted in public spaces like parks, which aids in familiarizing them with people and various elements.
